Calendar and Events

Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration -- A march and rally celebrating the life of our most cherished civil rights leader will be held on Monday, January 18th at 10:00 AM (preceded by a prayer meeting at 9:30). It will begin at Eugenia Sterne Park and follow a designated path to the Nacogdoches County Courthouse. Participants are encouraged to park at the courthouse and ride the shuttle bus to the Gazebo where the march will commence. Shuttle bus service will be provided from 8:45-9:15. Come out and celebrate Dr. King's legacy!

Monthly Democratic Luncheon -- We will meet to enjoy some good grub and companionship on Thursday, January 21st at Mr. Will's (corner of Center Road and Loop 224) at high noon . We invite all to come out and join us!
January Monthly Meeting -- We will be holding our regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 26th at 5:15 at our Primary Office (901 E. Main). Come be a part of our planning!

TDW will be having their first meeting of 2010 on Thursday, February 4th at 6:00PM at the Democratic Primary Office (901 E. Main). If you are interested in joining or have questions, contact President Doris Perkins at nacsissy52@sbcglobal.net or at 560-9441.
